The software was developed because a Customer in Texas bought one of the more expensive applications that was too confusing to use. They wanted a simple tool to manage their Guests and reservations in an RV Park Campground. However, it could be used for Motels, apartments, or virtually any rental properties.

The program was designed for small parks, with typically around 300 or less Sites (but we have Customers with over 700 Sites) and to make use of things you already have and not need to purchase other things. Because of this, you would continue to use your current Credit Card processing (RV Park Software does not process the transaction through a Gateway that costs more), you use the standard Windows based PC and a standard 8.5' printer (3 & 4' printers are not supported). The goal is to use what you already have and just make it a LOT easier to keep financial and Guest records.

The tool is full of features and capabilities, but you won't be charged for how many sites you have or if you want to run it on multiple computers, or if you want the next version, etc. like the $800+ software. This Software has a one time charge and you get everything for just $425.00.

The Trial or Demo version has it all, it is not watered down version. It is the complete tool, there is just a time limit on how long the evaluation lasts .. 30 days is usually enough, but if you need more time, you can download a code for an additional 30 days for a 60 day evaluation. There is even a 90 day code you can get by Emailing us if you need it. We want you to know what you are getting and be happy with it.

No extra charge for Networking to other Computers; no charge for Point of Sale capabilities; no charge for on-line reservation tool; no charge for Maps: there is a yearly Maintenance Fee of $100 due at the end of your first year!

All that said, if you have a park with less than 25 sites, please Email us with your Park's Name and the number of Sites (after you try RV Park software) and we may be able to offer you a discount on the purchase.

The only additional cost there could possibly be is if you got a new computer or your hard drive crashed and needed to be replaced, and that is only $100 for a replacement license, and this is waved once during your paid yearly Maintenance Fee.

Site Map Design & Printing

Most park maps fall into one of three categories:

1) Advertising-supported maps that are printed by one of the industry’s major site map production companies. These maps look okay and generally cost you nothing. The down side is that they take a year or longer to produce (because of the time required to sell the advertising), they leave local businesses with the impression that you owe them some sort of return favor, and they may not be viable for campgrounds in more remote locations that do not have a large enough base of potential advertisers or for smaller campgrounds that will not be able to distribute a high enough quantity to make the advertising worthwhile.
2) Homemade maps that look like they were hand-drawn on the back of a napkin and then run off on a copy machine. Needless to say, these do not create a positive impression.
3) Site maps that are posted online but do not quite hold up to the quality standards of the rest of the website in which they are contained.
Many of our clients turn to us for a better option, where we produce a professional quality site map for a reasonable fee and that can be used both online and in print. Depending upon the complexity of the project, which is usually directly related to the size of your campground and the quality of the supplied materials, our production fees will run between $400.00 and $600.00. For this fee, we produce a high-resolution PDF file that you can print on your own color laser printer, a medium-resolution PDF file that will be able to post to your website and that visitors may download more quickly and print on a standard 8½x11' sheet of paper, and a preview image set to any pixel width that you require.

In addition to family campgrounds, we produce maps for outdoor resorts, summer camps, mobile home parks, and caravan parks anywhere in the world.

For an additional and very reasonable fee, we can also print various quantities of your new site map, in full color and with the option of text on the back (typically your campground rules), that you can hand out to guests at the time of registration. The cost of having us print these maps on a smooth coated stock will be far less than the cost of the consumables that you would use to print maps on your office printer. Our printing services are located throughout the United States, minimizing shipping costs. We also have printing services based in Canada, offering our Canadian clients the same high quality printing but with the lowest possible shipping rates and no duty fees.

Many of our clients also have us print one or more of their map files in large format for display at their office or registration area. The most popular of many large format printing options is a durable 1/8 inch Sintra PVC sign material, with corner grommets for easy wall mounting. The pricing is very affordable.

If we are printing your site maps, we will perform one round of minor edits annually at no charge. A reasonable fee will apply for major revisions or if we are not printing your maps.

If you would like to have advertising cover the cost of your site maps, we are also here to help. The difference is that you will sell your own ads, to people who you want to advertise on your map, and the profit that would otherwise go to one of the big site map companies will go into your pocket instead. On a typical project, requiring fairly minimal effort on your part to sell the ads, you could realize a net profit of $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 after paying for our entire package of services.
